In pursuance of the OLHL Chapterhouse's decision of December 3, 2020 and in connection with our election, we wish:

1. All recipients of the Resident Medal to be promoted to Legionaries LHL.
2. All Commanders LHL of the foreign branch to be granted to citizenship of New Lubenia.
3. Former Grand Master of the Order of Acerini to be promoted to Commander LHL of the foreign branch without the dignity of Baron.
