A decree of Prince Olaf # 13/21 proclaimed the territory from the northern border of Roosevelt Island to the border of the Ross Ice Shelf as an unfolded exclave of Ross Icebergs City. Until the claim is confirmed at the General Referendum, it has been transferred under the control of the OAMC. If confirmed, it will become the second feature of the Territorial Zone in Antarctica and the first non-microagglomeration feature. The decision to put the issue to a referendum should be made by the Central Council after returning from vacation on 17 May.
